I installed a wall bed and a folding desk during the COVID times. Simon and the team provided a very friendly and professional service and I am very happy with the quality of the product and it has served me well for the last 3 plus years. Recently, I had a small issue with the bed and reached out to Simon. He quickly understood what the problem was; he and his team were able to fix the problem and it is now working perfectly. The real test of a business is how they respond and help when a problem occurs; Simon and his team provide exceptional service in this regard and they stand by their product and customers. We had our bed installed over a year ago when we had a renovation. It’s functionality, design and finish has been amazing. It suits our home office set up and allows us to have an extra bedroom without compromising on our home office.

We recently had an incident where our kids managed to break the bed by using it without the legs engaged (complete accident and using it incorrectly). Nevertheless I contacted SmartBed and Simon about arranging a repair. Simon was super understanding, knew what happened from the get go and went about getting new parts to replace the broken parts. They came out and fixed things up once they got the parts and we couldn’t be happier. They made a complex process easy, and fixed everything up like new. SmartBed Elwood installed a wall bed with cabinetry in my son’s home recently and l cannot recommend them highly enough. Simon was so professional in his service and his recommendations with what would work best, be functional and look great. The quality of both the cabinets and insulation was excellent and gave us an extra bed in the study. Nothing was a problem for Simon which made for a pleasant experience.

Just had a Smartbeds install excellent installation,  great experience would suggest them to family and friends. These guys know their stuff ,more than experience they care about the client . They cleaned up and used thier knowledge how to save me money ,more than 1500 installations.  Ps thanks to Simon and Simon and the owner of the company attended the installation.
